My name is Lachaun, and I started working with Run 2 Health and Fitness LLC on March 1st of this year. Coach Becs has an amazing program and system that works. I have gone from someone who only walked to being able to run for ten minutes or more without stopping. When I joined this program, Coach Rebecca and I talked about what my goals were, and she created a plan specifically for me. My first goal was running a mile without stopping. I have not only been able to achieve that goal, but I have also improved my time for every 5K I have completed since working with Coach Becs. What I love most about the program is the weekly one on one meetings that we have via Google Meet. I can ask her any questions that I have and just talk to her about anything from my goals to how I am feeling physically, mentally, or emotionally. She is such a beautiful, amazing coach and mentor, and I am blessed to have her as my coach and motivator. Running has helped me improve my physical as well as mental health, and it has given me more confidence than I have ever had before.
