
Meet Becca
Rebecca Ard (Coach Becca) is a running expert who finds complete joy in helping others run their best race at their own pace.
Rebecca has been an athlete most of her life. For over a decade, she was part of a competitive dance team, then as she became older, she found love for cheerleading and soccer. She continued her active lifestyle into adulthood where she began running for fun. That “fun” turned into 20 years of 5Ks, 10Ks and Half Marathons.
Her experience has taught her a lot about the physical and mental aspects of the sport, including what it takes to keep running, happily and most importantly, safely.
Born and raised in Charleston, SC, She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her 2 kids. She loves coffee, working in her yard and going to the gym. She loves going to concerts and making memories with her twin sister too! (see below!)

She has dedicated her career to mastering situational intelligence and developing proactive safety strategies in high-stakes environments. She has trained extensively in identifying and mitigating risks, staying one step ahead of potential threats, and creating systems to keep people safe.
Now, Ashley is bringing this expertise to runners. She has taken everything she's learned from two decades of protecting lives and crafted a program specifically designed to empower runners with the same proactive safety mindset and situational awareness techniques used by security professionals.

The foundation to a healthy workout routine, is mobility. We have our very own Certified Yoga Instructor, Rachel who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. She believes that a healthy lifestyle is paramount, advocating for intentional daily movement.
Rachel loves to travel the world, immersing herself in new cultures and savoring their culinary delights. Her heart belongs to her little dog, Moesy. She loves running, like her identical twin sister (Coach Becca), highlighting the family's commitment to health and wellness.
Based in Mount Pleasant, SC, Rachel specializes in Baptiste Power Yoga and emphasizes the importance of mobility, particularly for athletes. Her mission is to educate others about the significance to stay active and live healthily.
Off the mat, she enjoys quality time with her partner, Cole, with beach days, new restaurant explorations, and binge watching Bravo.
