Our Journey
At Run 2 Health Coaching, Becca is dedicated to helping individuals at all levels achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching and training programs. With a focus on education and support, she empowers clients to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Coach Becca enjoys assisting all runners, but her passion is helping Beginners start their running journey. She has created a Walk 2 Run Program that educates clients on fundamentals while teaching them to run 1 mile without stopping.
Other programs include high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes and Power Walking + Hike classes.
Coach Becca will give you an expert set of eyes on your training while being a cheerleader in your corner.
