"It's amazing how a supportive environment can make such a difference in reaching personal fitness goals. I am grateful for the motivation and camaraderie that keep me inspired on this journey towards improving my running abilities and overall well-being. This is the best place to be!!!"
Paulette P, SC
"I truly didn’t believe I would ever run again because of my weight (I kept injuring myself in the last few years). I will be 56 next week and I am feeling like I have had a mindset shift and now I know that I can do much more than I
thought."
Danielle S, SC
"In January I had enough, I am 50!! I joined E2M, best choice ever. From there I saw Rebecca share a running post and jumped on board within seconds.
Fast forward 7 weeks later not only did I run 1 mile,
I ran two!!
I have dropped weight, gained muscle, tons of energy and signed up for a 10k in April."
Tracey L, PA
"I’ve tried other self guided running programs and failed. Coach Becca and this program has made all the difference. The group members have been incredibly encouraging and Becca is everyone’s cheerleader. I encourage anyone that has ever had aspirations of becoming a runner to try this program. She covers all the bases.
Is it easy, no but it’s 100% worth it."
