Program Highlights: - Duration: 8 weeks of progressive training - Expert Guidance: 1-2 weekly classes streaming LIVE from private FB group (replay available); Led by Coach Becca - Group Motivation: Train alongside a community of like-minded individuals! - Comprehensive Plan: Includes a mix of walking + running interval training tailored to complete a 10K - Flexibility: Adaptable schedule with 3 required runs per week. You choose days and times! - Goal Setting: Regular check-ins to track progress and set achievable milestones Who Should Join?
