This program consists of two 30 minute classes per week PLUS 3 more classes that will take place on Saturday mornings. All classes are streamed Live from Facebook each week. With a focus on hiking as a fun and effective form of exercise, you will learn valuable tips on staying active and setting fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to start a new fitness routine or a seasoned hiker seeking motivation, this program offers something for everyone. Get ready to boost your energy levels, reduce stress, and connect with each other in this group training program. Includes: *6 Week program consisting of Hikes and Power Walks *Two LIVE 30-minute classes each week *Three LIVE Saturday Hikes *Tuesday Hike (6:30am) Thursday Power Walk (5pm) Saturday Hike (7am) - Replay anytime! *24/7 access to the program via Private Facebook Group *Valuable tips, Motivation and Accountability! *Mobility & Strength Training Guidance! ***Once you have registered, you will receive an email within 24 hours, inviting you to the Private Facebook group named, W2R Hike 2 Health.
